Unlike many, the boards processed at Norman don't suffer from inaccurate edging or board swelling due to outdated ways of approaching the job manually. Instead of simply cutting the board and edging at a second stage, we use state of the art pre-milling edging machines that cut, trim and buff the board all at once. This results in both less time wastage and a far superior finish to your job.

Our beamsaws offer you ten times more accuracy than the standard, mechanically measured saw most workshops use, due to their magnetic positioning systems. As each component of your job is processed, every part is automatically labelled, ensuring nothing is lost and clarity for the subsequent stages of the job.

Many a shopfitting job has been slowed down by performing much of the work onsite. We consider this time-consuming work to be both unnecessary and undesirable.
