When commissioning a fitout, you don't want to be forced to compromise on time frames or workflow because one trade wasn't allowed access to the site or work alongside another without issue. It's not unheard of for a job to be slowed down or even sabotaged by contractors that aren't getting along, and all the client knows is that there are hold-ups. It's just not worth the gamble.
We have a strong history of working well with the other trades on our projects. We're practical, not princesses, and are aware of the need for smooth relationships between suppliers in order to get the job done for the project manager with no dramas. Avoiding problems means you reap the rewards of a job delivered in a timely manner without cost blowouts.
